The Lamb Who Was Silent

Isaiah 52:13-15

1) He will be mangled by man, but exalted by God, and He will save nations

ISAIAH 53:1-3

Who has believed what he has heard from us?  I have! And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? To me!

2) God brings His very Son to us, He becomes like us, but we REFUSE Him.

ISAIAH 53:4-6

3) Jesus will not only absorb the penalty of sin, but will take the place of sinners!

ISAIAH 53:7-9

4) On the mountain of provision, the Lamb of God went silently to His death.

5) We had foolishly substituted ourselves for God, but then God lovingly substituted Himself for us!
