2 CORINTHIANS 5:1-5

Two overarching principles

1. DEATH IS A REALITY THAT CANNOT BE DENIED.
2. IN DEATH THERE IS A VICTORY TO BE FOUND.

THREE SPECIFIC THINGS
1. OUR LIFE ON EARTH IS TRANSITORY AND FLIMSY.

2. OUR ETERNAL DWELLING AS BELIEVERS IS SECURE AND PERMANENT.
   3.GOD HAS GIVEN US THE SPIRIT TO GUARANTEE OUR FUTURE.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-20
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to Himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; 19  that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making His appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

SINCE WE ARE GOING TO FOLD UP THIS TENT ONE DAY, THE MOST NOBLE WAY FOR US TO LIVE IS FOR JESUS AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF CHRIST FOLLOWERS.
