Our mission on the Production Crew is to reinforce the Gospel being preached from Highland and make that message available to as many people as possible. We do this in several ways. The first way is by enhancing the worship environment so that the normal worshipper can focus on God and nothing else. The second is by streaming our gatherings live so our church members can connect while they’re off campus because of various circumstances. The third is by recording the teachings of our pastors and then uploading and putting them on our website and archiving them on Vimeo.
There are several ways you can connect and serve alongside us to make this happen. We have a Camera Operator that makes sure our pastors and worship leaders message gets recorded. We have a Video Switcher that switches between our graphics and camera sources and starts and stops the stream to the web. We have a Lighting Operator who makes sure all of our light cues happen during the worship gathering when we want them to. We have a Pro Presenter Operator who displays the lyrics and message notes so the congregation can sing and follow along. Finally, we have our two Audio Technician positions who support the band and make sure the Gospel is clearly heard in our gathering place and our live stream.
We do this all for the glory of our most high God!

Colossians 3:1-4, 17
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
